Work close to home, on your own hours.
Didi Now assigns work inside communities, so there's no long commute between houses. You choose when you're available, and you're paid after every completed job.
Who can join
- A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID or driving licence).
- A working mobile phone with WhatsApp.
- Willingness to work in homes inside or near your own community in Hyderabad.
- Comfort using the Didi Now app to accept and complete jobs — we train you on this.
How onboarding works
- 1Government ID checkEvery Didi submits a government identity document, which we check before she can take a single booking.
- 2Phone verificationHer mobile number is OTP-verified, so the number in your app is genuinely hers.
- 3In-person screeningOur team meets and screens each Didi face to face — not a form-only signup.
- 4Training before her first jobShe is trained on the work, on using the app and on how to conduct herself in a resident's home before her first booking.
How you earn
- You're paid per job, and you see the job details before you accept it.
- Payouts are digital, after each OTP-confirmed completed job.
- You decide your hours — bookings run 6:00 am – 7:00 pm, every day.
- Resident ratings build your reputation inside the community you serve.
