- Every Didi is ID-checked, phone-verified, screened in person and trained before her first booking.
- Work is scoped to your community, so residents aren't calling in workers from across the city.
- Residents book and pay in the app, and each job is closed with a completion OTP.
- Residents rate every job, so quality inside your community is visible and accountable.
- No cost to the community — Didi Now is paid by residents per booking.
