Using the service

Didi Now is an on-demand home services platform serving verified communities in Hyderabad. You must be 18+ and provide accurate information to use the service.

Bookings

Booking a service creates a request that is dispatched to available didis. Confirmation depends on availability. Prices displayed in the app at the time of booking are binding, subject to changes only if you modify the booking.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed through trusted gateways. Refunds land in your Didi Now Wallet instantly; bank refunds take a few business days. Repeated late cancellations may attract charges.

OTP & completion

The 3-digit completion OTP must be shared with the didi only after work is completed to your satisfaction. Sharing it earlier waives your protection.

Ratings & conduct

Ratings after each booking are mandatory. Abusive or unsafe behavior towards didis or users may lead to account suspension.

Not included

Didi Now does not cover heavy lifting, exterior / high-rise cleaning, childcare, cooking or medical care.
